Product Description

The WGC 20010 Hardware Store Fixer Upper House Modular Building set offers a highly detailed, functional three-story model, perfectly capturing the charm of a classic hardware store and vintage building. This model not only provides an engaging building experience but also lets you immerse yourself in the fun of renovation and restoration.

First Floor - Hardware Store: The hardware store is filled with various tools and materials, with antique signs and license plates hanging on the walls. The shop’s design resembles a true vintage hardware store, bustling with character. Outside, you'll find 3D signs, a classic soda machine, a flower bed, and a simple hot dog stand, all contributing to the nostalgic atmosphere.
Second Floor - Brick by Brick Real Estate Office: This floor features a fully-equipped office with a waiting area, copier, office desk and chairs, filing cabinets, a water dispenser, blinds on the windows, and a back balcony. Experience the process of creating an office space in your own city!
Third Floor - Renovation Apartment: The top floor houses an apartment that’s in need of a full renovation. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom all require repairs. Cracked walls, a leaking kitchen sink, a broken window, and even a burnt-out light bulb await your restoration efforts. Use the provided materials and instructions to transform the space into a livable home.
High-Quality Design: Every detail, from the exterior to the interior and accessories, has been thoughtfully designed. The set features many fun and inventive building techniques, making it both a challenging and rewarding experience for builders of all skill levels.

The WGC 20010 Hardware Store Fixer Upper House is an ideal model for those who enjoy building, renovating, and collecting, offering endless fun and satisfaction in assembling a unique, multi-functional building.
